PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept payments via Online and Offline modes. We have provided you options to choose your mode of payment in the checkout pages.


Online Modes


Currently we accept online payments via Credit/Debit Cards and UPI

   1. Credit/ Debit Cards - You can pay using your Credit/Debit Cards.

   2. UPI - Coming Soon.


Offline Modes


If you do not have online you can still pay us with:

   1. Pick up at Store - You can walk into our store and make your payment via credit/debit cards/UPI

   2. Bank Transfer -You can transfer funds via Bank Transfer


IMPORTANT


If you place an order via offline payment mode and we do not receive the confirmation number in our system within 15 days from the date of order, system will automatically delete the order.

SHIPPING POLICY

Our policy is to ship your orders as quickly as humanly possible


Order Processing & Shipping Time


Our order processing time is normally within 48 hrs.


e.g. - If you purchase on the 10th, your item will be packed and kept ready of shipment on the 11th and will be shipped on the 12th.
Request all to kindly keep in mind the time difference across the globe. If it is 6:30 am on the 10th in the United States it will be 6 pm for us over here and we will be able to see your order only on 11th morning.


Order Processing time depends on the product "Availability". We keep stock of most of the regular items, however it is difficult to keep all models of the products in stock. If the Product is available in stock it will be shipped within 48 hrs. However if the product is not readily available, we have to make them. Depending on the model and embroidery design, it will take us additional 2-8 business days to make them before they are shipped out. With out steamlined production capacity and well experienced tailors, we make about 40 vestments a day.


Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time


We use the following carriers to deliver your orders:

  • India Post - EMS Service (normally deliver within 6-12 business days)
  • Pay at Store- You can walk into our store and pay using Cash/Credit/Debit Cards/UPI
  • Bank Transfer- You can tranfer funds via Bank Transfer

  • India Post is a Government of India undertaken unit and orders shipped through India Post will be delivered by your local Post Office. Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days (all the shipping carriers are closed on holidays)


    Free Shipping Offers


    Free shipping offers are available on shipments, based on the order value. These offers are available as coupons in your account page.


    Shipping Charges


    Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the weight of your products you are purchasing, and the delivery location. Before the final checkout page you will have the option to choose from the various carriers availble along with the cost of shipping, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. The shipping charges displayed on the checkout pages are the actual charges that the shipping carrier charges us and we do not "profit" from shipping.


    Rush Shipping


    If you are looking for delivery within 48 hrs, we would request you to look for the products somewhere else. All international shipments take atleast 2 working days for delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery within 2 working days, as there might be customs delay or delay caused by natural calamities.


    Back Orders


    If an product goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the product becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.



    ORDER TRACKING

    Once the order is shipped, we update the reference number in our systems. You will receive an email with the mode of shipment, shipment address, reference number and tracking link (if available for the carrier).


    You can also see the shipping details on the "My Accounts" page after you log in.


    Please note Register Mails cannot be tracked online in some countries.




    ORDER CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

    Order Cancellations


    For offline payment options - Please note that the order will be cancelled automatically by the system if payment is not received within 15 days of order date.


    You can cancel/ modify the order any time before the order is shipped. Please contact us via email with clear reasons/ instructions to cancel/ modify an order.


    Please note that Custom Orders cannot be cancelled and Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.


    Returns


    Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must notify us about the return of the product within 48 hrs of delivery. We strongly suggest you to open and check the products in the order as soon as you receive them.


    Products that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.


    Exchanges


    You can return the product within 7 days after delivery if it is in its original unused condition. You may exchange your product for a different size or color or model of a similar product. You will not be subjected to a restocking fee, however you will have to pay return shipping. Request you to send the exchange product though a reputed shipping carrier along with tracking number.


    Refunds


    All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping charges that you paid while placing the order.
